For this GET request you will need the Id for the individual TestingApplications you want a Result for. See POST EmailTests for information on how to obtain the Id.

This request is handy for TestingApplications in a State of waiting or processing.

The result will be the same as found for an individual ApplicationName in TestingApplications. See POST EmailTests EmailTests for the full model.
