Posting an Email Test will return the following:

State: waiting, processing, or complete
InboxGuid: This is used to send your email to InboxGuid@emailtests.com
Id: You will receive an Id for each of theTestingApplications and one for the EmailTests. You will need the Id to perform GET requests later.
